SIZING Because sizing varies by manufacturer, please refer to the product page of each item you are ordering for sizing information. FORMS OF PAYMENT Korbie's Den accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may make payment by check or money order, however your order will not be shipped until payment has cleared the bank. Please print the items in your cart and mail check and order to Korbie's Den Pet Boutique, Attention: Mail Order Please note: If you choose to pay by PayPal, your card will be charged immediately. If you pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover, through Korbie's Den's Cart, your card will be charged at time of shipment. SHIPPING Shipments are made via US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex. Most items you order will be in stock and you can expect to receive them within 7 to 14 days. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for out-of-stock items, unless otherwise noted in the product description. If shipping time will be over 3 weeks, you will be notified via email with approximate ship dates. SHIPPING RATES Shipping is charged at 10% of your total order plus $4.50. In some instances, such as over-sized beds or bulky items, an additional shipping charge may apply and will be stated in the product description. This amount is in addition to the total you will see when you check out. RETURNS & EXCHANGES If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Korbie's Den we will gladly issue you a store credit or exchange your item. Store credits do not expire and can be used online. Within 7 days of receiving the item, email us at debbie@korbiesden.com with a description of the items to be returned, along with a short explanation as to why you are returning them. You will receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 24 hours. Returns should be mailed (within 14 days of receiving) to: Korbie's Den Pet Boutique Naples FL 34112 Returns should be submitted with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns on any items without original packaging, that have been used, chewed, washed or worn. Any item returned in un-resellable condition will not receive credit. Costumes and holiday items may be returned for exchange only. We do not refund shipping charges or return shipping charges. Due to health regulations, no returns can be accepted on carriers, beds, strollers or bakery items. Exchanges for defective merchandise or shipping errors on our part will be re-shipped to you at no charge.
